Our units are shipped directly from our storeroom in Cambridge. The delivery process involves arranging freight to your closest Trucking Transport Depot and using a Hiab truck for the final delivery onto your site. For detailed freight and Hiab truck hire charges, please consult our team.

Yes, all our units are NZ Electrically certified and come with an Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF). Rest assured that our products meet all necessary electrical safety standards required in New Zealand. The certification is included with your unit upon delivery.

To install the unit onsite, prepare a flat and stable surface. Hire a certified electrician for electrical connections and a licensed plumber or professional installer for water and sewerage connections. For any questions or concerns, contact our customer support team.

You can connect to the mains hot water supply if available on your property. Alternatively, a califont gas hot water system can be purchased and attached to the unit. A qualified plumber can install the califont onsite.

We require a 50% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining 50% due one week prior to dispatch. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and up to 36-month finance plans.

 A macerator is a pump used to grind and liquefy waste materials in portable bathroom units. If your unit will be used without easy access to sewerage or septic systems, a macerator may be beneficial. Contact our customer support team for personalized assistance.

The CCC is not issued immediately upon completion. After your unit undergoes a Final Inspection and is “Signed-off,” we apply for formal certification. The Council’s administrative process typically takes 6-12 weeks from submission to receive the CCC PDF certificate. Please note that these timeframes are standard for the construction industry, and we have no influence on the process.

Building consent requirements vary by council for Supersub units. While we offer guidance, it’s essential to consult your local council to understand specific regulations.

All new Supersub units come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), ensuring compliance with building codes. Customised units may require an engineer’s sign-off, with associated fees passed on to the customer. On-site consent for foundations and sewage is a separate project, requiring collaboration with local planning authorities.
