Pre-Build Consultation

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your site, budget, and requirements. This includes:

  • Choosing your ideal foundation type: timber skids, concrete piles, or steel screw-piles.
  • Ensuring your section is ready for delivery with a detailed site inspection.

Offsite  Construction

Your modular home is built in our controlled facility, ensuring precision and quality.

  • Structural Insulated Panels are used to create a highly durable, energy-efficient shell.
  • Every room is carefully finished, including the installation of high-quality kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, and double-glazed windows.

Delivery & Installation

Once the build is complete:

  • Your home is securely transported to your property by a trusted carrier.
  • House piles are installed onsite to provide a stable, level foundation.
  • The structure is carefully positioned and prepared for final connections.

Your local contractors complete plumbing and electrical hook-ups, guided by our comprehensive documentation, including:

Delivery & Installation Services

  • Delivery costs vary based on the destination. We’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your location.
  • Plumbing and electrical connections, as well as deck and landscaping, are not included in the service but can be arranged with local contractors.

* You must be a NZ Citizen / Permanent Resident and currently living in New Zealand
* You must be older than 18 years of age
* Proof of identity by means of a NZ drivers licence, passport or firearms licence

Finance Now's normal lending criteria and loan terms apply. Repayments shown are indicative only and include a Establishment Fee and a Monthly Service Fee. Full disclosure of all of the terms of your loan (including the Total Amount Payable over the term of the loan) will be provided to you prior to finalisation of your loan. Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) is optional and has not been included in the payment amounts above.
