When you purchase a Supersub modular home, you’re getting a fully built home ready to enhance your lifestyle. To ensure a seamless setup, there are a few additional elements that you’ll need to plan for. Here’s what to keep in mind:

Foundational Work

The home is adaptable to timber skids, concrete piles, or steel screw-piles, but foundation preparation must be completed onsite prior to delivery. Costs vary by site conditions and are not included.

Freight & Delivery

Once your home is complete, it’s transported to your site and craned into position. Supersub will manage all coordination with Redman Hiab’s Ltd to ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery. On arrival, our team will position the unit accurately on prepared piles and complete the final alignment ready for utility connections.



Transportation to your location is not covered in the base price. We can provide quotes from trusted transport companies upon request.

Garage

A garage is not part of the standard package but can be explored as a custom option. Contact us for details.

Whiteware

Appliances like refrigerators, ovens, and washing machines are not included, giving you the freedom to choose what suits your needs.
