Prepare your site and install standard NZ pile or slab foundations. Our SIPS kitsets are engineered to sit directly on these systems for quick alignment.
Step 02Delivery & Unpack
Panels arrive flat-packed, numbered, and wrapped for protection. Everything you need, walls, roof panels, fixings, and drawings comes in one shipment.

Wall Panels Installed
Each wall panel is lifted into place following the provided layout plan. Panels interlock with tongue-andgroove joints for a solid, airtight connection.

Roof Panels Locked In
Roof panels are positioned to complete the structure. Once the roof is sealed, the entire shell becomes weather-tight and ready for fit-out.

Kitset Complete
With walls and roof installed, the SIPS shell is complete. Builders can now begin windows, cladding, and interior work.
