- Choose finishes, claddings, layouts and special features like decks, skylights, or extra storage
- We guide you through the NZ Building Code and council consent process, helping with all required documentation
2. Factory Build Begins
- Construction starts in our 10,000m² warehouse in Cambridge
- The floor system is framed and insulated off the ground — safe from weather, pests, and damage
- SIP panels are cut to exact size in our precision-cutting bay
3. SIP Panel Assembly
- Wall and roof panels go up fast. These structural insulated panels (SIPs) come pre-insulated and pre-cut
- SIPs act as both framing and insulation — no extra layers needed
- Once assembled, your home is airtight, energy-efficient, and ready for interior works
4. Internal Services & Finishing
- Plumbing, wiring, heating/cooling systems are installed while the unit remains sealed and protected
- Bathrooms and kitchen fit-outs are completed (including cabinetry, benchtops, fixtures)
- Walls lined, painted, and flooring installed — all indoors, unaffected by weather
5. Delivery & On-Site Install
- Your finished home is craned onto a trailer and delivered NZ-wide
- Once on-site, it’s secured to pre-prepared piles or foundation
- Minor final touches, utility hook-ups, and you’re good to go!
